About
For me yoga is an ongoing love story.
Like any great love story it has evolved and changed as the seasons have come and gone. Having started an asana practice over 20 years ago, my practices and teachings today are grounded in traditional Hatha methods including Asana (postures), Pranayama and Meditation, Yin, Restorative and more recently a feminine approach that recognises and synchronises with the moon cycles and different stages in women's lives (pre and post natal, practices for menstruation, peri-menopause and menopause).
I invite mindfulness into the practices so that we can become increasingly aware of how we move, breathe and ultimately what poses work for us, how they work for us, those that don't and alternatives.
